This post is to notify you of new lane closures for the SH146 project:
Full Roadway Closure:
El Mar Lane in Seabrook will be full closed at SH146 beginning 6:00am on 4/26/21 and the closure will remain in place continuously until 6:00pm on 5/1/21, or earlier if the work is completed early. This closure is necessary to install a storm sewer line in the center of the street and to pave the intersection with fast-track concrete paving. No off duty police officers are anticipated to be used in this closure, but officers will be available if needed.
Capri Lane is currently closed but will be fully opened before the El Mar Lane closure begins. Capri Lane and El Mar Lane will not be closed at the same time.
The detour will be to use Capri Lane and Bahama Drive to get around the closure.
These closures are subject to change if needed due to weather.
