This post is to notify you of new lane closures for the SH146 project:
LANE CLOSURES:
The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed between 6th Street in Kemah and 10th Street / Shipyard Drive in Seabrook 9:00pm to 5:00am nightly from 7/12/21 to 7/16/21. This closure is for access to demolish the edge of the existing bridge. No off duty police officers are anticipated to be used in this closure.
The outside (right) southbound lane on SH146 will be closed between Red Bluff Road and Towers Boulevard in Seabrook 9:00am to 3:00pm daily from 7/12/21 to 7/16/21. This closure is for access adjust sediment fencing. No off duty police officers are anticipated to be used in this closure.
There will be alternating lane closures on southbound SH146 between NASA Road 1 and 10th Street / Shipyard Drive in Seabrook 9:00am to 3:00pm daily from 7/12/21 to 7/16/21. This closure is for moving concrete barriers. 1 off duty police officer is anticipated to be used in this closure.
The outside (right) eastbound lane on NASA Road 1 in Seabrook will be closed just west of SH146 9:00am to 3:00pm daily from 7/12/21 to 7/16/21. This closure is for moving concrete barriers. No off duty police officers are anticipated to be used in this closure.
*REMINDER* FULL CLOSURES:
FM2094 will be fully closed just west of SH146 5:00am Tuesday 7/12/21 through 5:00am Friday 7/16/21, and 5:00am Monday 7/19/21 through 5:00am Friday 7/23/21. These closures are for bridge cap work. 6 off duty police officers are anticipated to be used during these closures.
Detour for traffic on SH146: FM2094 can be accessed by turning west on FM518 until you reach FM2094.
Detour for traffic on FM2094: SH146 can be reached by traveling west on FM2094, south on FM270, and east on SH96.
These closures are subject to change if needed due to weather.
