Beginning at 6:30pm on Friday, July 17 the North Frontage Rd. at SH146 and Red Bluff will be closed to allow continued construction of the Port of Houston Rail Spur. Traffic will be detoured to Old SH146 onto Port Rd. This closure is not related to the SH146 Expansion Project but may delay traffic in and around the SH146 corridor. The road will be reopened by 5am on Monday, July 20.
