This post is to notify you of new lane closures for the SH146 project:
The outside (right) southbound lane on SH146 will be closed between El Mar Lane in Seabrook and 6th Street in Kemah from 4:00am to 5:00pm on 3/28/20. This closure is for the construction of flared columns.
The outside (right) southbound lane on SH146 will be closed between El Mar Lane in Seabrook and 6th Street in Kemah from 7:00am to 5:00pm from 3/30/20 to 4/1/20. This closure is for the construction of flared columns and removal of a weather station.
The outside (right) northbound lane on SH146 will be closed on the Clear Creek Bridge (Seabrook/Kemah Bridge) from 7:00am to 5:00pm on 3/30/20. This closure is for construction on the connector ramp from Shipyard Drive.
These closures are subject to change if needed due to weather. The closures have been entered in the TxDOT PIO system. We will notify you of any changes or cancellations.
