4th Street in Seabrook will be fully closed at SH146 from 8:00am 6/10/19 through 3:00pm 6/11/19.  This closure is to install concrete storm sewer boxes under the road. To Detour: Use 3rd Street to N Meyer Ave to detour around the closure.
